URBAN RESCUE PROGRAM
Urban Rescue Volunteer Information
The Tucson Cactus and Succulent Society responds to requests from homeowners in the Tucson area to rescue cactus and succulents that are to be taken out of existing landscapes for a variety of reasons.
This team sometimes takes these plants home and sometimes they are installed at Pima Prickly Park or Desert Haven Natural Resources Park.
Rescues typically happen one or two times per week. The crew size on Urban Rescues varies from two to ten members. We invite members via email for each individual project based upon the best fit from your team member profile.
